Since they achieved independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, the Baltic States have been changing at an often breathtaking pace. At the same time, reminders of the past linger on in ways which are not always obvious. Baltic Visitor aims to help tourists and business travellers to get to grips with these fascinating countries.
